    I love the environment.

    I love the environment. Our kids grew up in Cleveland for a few years. They were happy to be visiting their Grandmother, cousins and friends 🧡. We ate and shopped at the outdoor stores and really enjoyed ourselves. I was tired and still trying to recover from the 14 hour drive back to Mississippi.

    From what I saw of Beachwood (Chagrin Blvd) it was just a series of chain hotels, fast-food joints and strip malls adjacent to I-271. I was only staying there because I had business in Chagrin Falls (a charming village), so I didn't really experience Beachwood as a destination. Mid-day traffic on Chagrin Blvd is a pain.

    Upon entering the front door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and smile. Check-in was the fastest and easiest I’ve ever experienced! The room was spotless, and the bed was so incredibly comfortable! Breakfast was good, and we weren’t disrupted by any noises at all throughout our stay.

    Supposed to be handicapped room , a bar in shower was all it had . Toilet was a low one and very difficult to get up . I would have not been able to stay in this room six months Ago I am learning to walk again but it still was very difficult: shower was almost impossible. No place to set . We usually bring our own shower chair but forgot it this day .

    The hotel was beautiful , staff was amazing and breakfast was great. The problem was everything was closed. The pool, gym, restaurant and bar was closed. that was disappointing since I pick this hotel for kids to go swimming.

    I appreciate that they required you to request service not just automatically clean your room. I did not want someone coming into our room each day. I said this earlier but I think that it was understood to mean that that was not good. It was just the opposite; I liked it.

    Easy to locate, good neighborhood, big space for free parking, good simple breakfast. Big room, comfortable and warm. Clean common areas and room/bathroom. A bit pricey compared to other basic hotels but it seems to be in a pricey area so we can understand that. Reception people weren't that pleasant but not rude either - gave out complete info of the hotel facilities so that was helpful.

    Breakfast was a strong point at this hotel with tasty bagels and fresh fruits. Hot coffee of decent quality is always available in the lobby. Most staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Very nice TV in our room.
