The staff members are super helpful and friendly. The beds in the room made me fall asleep quickly and comfortably, although the room itself was kind of beat up. Other guests we met were friendly and there was nobody running up and down the hall at night. We ate at Carrabbas Restaurant, located in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. Getting around was a nightmare if you turned left onto Street Rd after leaving the hotel (who names a road Street Road?) because of the construction around Street Rd, Rt 1 and the PA Turnpike. Turning right brought us to anything we needed - food, clothing, restaurants, etc. Bensalem seems busy, but then we were there at Christmas holiday time, so everything was busy everywhere.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

The location offered all of any needed services on the highway where it is located. The location was close to Neshaminy State Park where we as a group had a nice hike walking through the woods and along Neshaminy Creek and the Delaware River.Guest review byRobert - 8.0

Bensalem was fine the hotel was not.
Bensalem was fine the hotel was not. Were booked for two nights. The first night we were out for a bit and about a half an hour after coming back to our room the phone rang. The desk clerk asked if we were there and I said yes. I went and spoke to the clerk and apparently our room was given to someone else but when they came to the door they heard our dog barking. If we weren't there at the time someone else would've been in our room with all of our belongings. Certainly not acceptable. A desk clerk checked us out the first night because the room was promised to a friend. We were out the next morning, came back and couldn't get into the room. All of our belongings were in the room. The desk clerk asked my husband what color our suitcases were. My husband wasn't going for this at all and definitely made known his displeasure. We were both given new keycards for our room. We had to go out the second night and were quite worried if we would be able to get back into our room. To our relief we were. I would not book at this hotel again. The room was clean and comfortable which is the only good thing I can say about our experience.Guest review byAnonymous - 4.0

Restaurants and lodging are expensive and very crowded. Use GPS, traffic and road patterns are crazy. They have lots of tours. We drove 2 hrs away to find things to do. We were there 4 days. We won't go back.Guest review byRoger

The rooms are a very good size with a great coffee machine and TV. While there were some old stains on the carpet, it was very clean. Breakfast was included for us and had a good range of options all of which were a very good quality. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The on site parking felt safe and had plenty of spaces.
