The woman at the front desk was wonderful. Her customer service was impeccable. She was kind and helpful and really helped to make her stay at 10 out of 10 Also, the breakfast was amazing! So many options, and really fresh. The room was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in.

The staff was fantastic, they treated me and my three kids so wonderfully. The mid/late shift gentleman was very kind and chatted with us about each day’s adventure. (Stayed the week) Breakfast every morning was something to look forward to before starting our day. My kids loved the pool, as well as myself after a long day. The rooms were clean, good sized and the beds were so nice to sink into after a long adventurous day! If/when I visit Chicago again, I will 100% choose this location for my stay!

Everything, the moment we checked in the staff were lovely and accommodating especially coming from being stuck at the Kentucky airport for 16 hours. Arriving and being greeted kindly by staff turned our entire trip around Checked in to the rooms and the space was AMAZING the amentities and the comfy beds were beautiful. I will definitely be booking back there if I am ever in chicago again.

The hotel made a lot of effort to deep clean the room because my daughter has an allergy of dustmate. I am very appreciated. Room was clean. Hotel also provides airport shuttle bus from and to the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also they made the guess felt like home. The location is just opposite Fashion Outlet where we spent shopping. My wife and daughter love this place. We will definitely come back again when visit Chicago.

    Strong smell of marijuana in the lobby and elevator when we checked in Saturday evening. Bed & bathroom were clean bed the carpet made out socks brown. Exposed pipes on the walls in in the sitting room and bedroom. Heater was messed up: there was heat blowing out the front but AC blowing out the top. Very glad we only had to stay the one night.

    We enjoyed the overall town.

    We enjoyed the overall town. We wish some things were open later as on Thursday evening nothing was open for us to grab some dinner. It was convenient to the highway and downtown Chicago which was perfect. Alot of the gas stations were dirty and not very clean.

    Liked the convenience to the Allstate arena.

    Liked the convenience to the Allstate arena. Parking left a lot to be desired. Had to park in the Bo Jackson sports parking lot and walk to the hotel. Didn’t appreciate guests drinking beer in the lobby. Room was very clean but did not appreciate that we had no chairs and table in the room .only had the bed and one place to put our clothes on.would not recommend anyone to stay at this place. Got the impression that we were bothering front desk people .

    Easy access to the hi-way or use Grand Ave. to get downtown. I personally hate the stop and go on the expressways and at certain times it takes much longer to get from one place to another than the nice trip through town on Grand. The very quiet neighborhood where the hotel is located is a huge plus. You really will enjoy the good breakfast and if you like to workout their exercise room is really great.

    1. The front desk guy Peter is very helpful. He arranged frew pickup drop from Airport multiple times for us as we were visiting Chicago during odd hours. Hotel is at a very quiet location although ery close to Airport. 2. I would highly recommend it if visiting Chicago.
