    Nice clean property, very nice staff, but no weatherstrip under entry door to room, allowing noise and light to bleed thru all night. Also, the closet door and door to the bathroom were not properly adjusted and rubbed a great deal or were difficult to latch. Finally, the placement of the shower head was not done well. It shoots water towards the shower curtain. Water ended up flooding the floor in the bathroom. The next morning

    What is there not to enjoy, value, love??!

    What is there not to enjoy, value, love??! So quaint the downtown area and then drive but a few minutes or so and you are in Hilton Head! We loved the OKATIE ALE RESTAURNANT--so fun in the early evening with music on the patio and TIKI the alligator below the deck! SO FUN THERE! Then we enjoyed 100% HUDSONS ON THE DOCK; we were seated outside on the deck with a view of the water and service and food were off the charts! Even the manager, Chris, came by and chatted with us--so warm, and kind and fun. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR HELPING MY HUSBANDS 71ST BIRTHDAY SURPRISE A SUCCESS!!!!

    Old Town Bluffton is nice to visit to see the Church, walk...

    Old Town Bluffton is nice to visit to see the Church, walk to the pier, and play on the swings. It is also worth the walk down the main street to visit the shops, especially the bead shop. We ate at the Squat N' Gobble multiple times because it is so good and they offer gluten free options.

    Pretty neat area.

    Pretty neat area. Of course there are multiple golf courses but we were not golfing this time. The area is centrally located and you can get to Savannah and Parris Island within 30 minutes or so. Be aware- the traffic is horrible most of the time. The traffic lights-you will hit every single one red. Get to know the “back” roads to avoid Fording Island Rd.

    There are about 20 art galleries in the small downtown area,...

    There are about 20 art galleries in the small downtown area, and probably about 10 restaurants, three new public bathrooms, and three nice parks on the Maye River. I like walking around, taking photos of the live oaks and shrimp boats, and checking out the art galleries!

    The room was clean, modern, friendly Staff, great breakfast, and a good price. As far as Hilton head goes, I will never go back. It took 45 minutes to get to the beach, and over an hour to get back. It was only 15 miles, but with all the stoplights and traffic jams it was horrible. This was the best hotel on our entire trip.

    The hotel is in a safe area, which made my stay feel comfortable. The service was very nice and the staff were attentive. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of good options. However, for the price, the bed was disappointing. The metal frame was noisy and not very comfortable, which affected the overall quality of sleep.

    Very convenient location as we were visiting family in both Bluffton and HHI. Very nice park directly across street with excellent playground, splash pad and dog park. Host very responsive and kindly left treats for the dog. Definitely recommend.

    We absolutely LOVED this hotel! After having the worst experience with the previous hotel, this made up for it. The only issue we had was the pet fee was way more than I had read on Booking.com, but we ended up paying it.
