    This hotel is not near the beach. It was convenient for our purposes. It is located right over the Bourne Bridge. It could be a reasonable choice for families looking for a central location for daily excursions.

    Would have been good to know before booking that they only...

    Would have been good to know before booking that they only had space for one vehicle per room; wasn't told until the morning of day of arrival in an email. Not good that there is no way to directly contact a manager or owner or even front desk person.

    The hotel was in a quiet location. My stay was fairly peaceful with no issues with other guests being loud or noisy. Parking was plentiful and one is able to park close to their room. Once you figure out where the hotel is (which wasn’t easy, see below) it is very close to everything. But you need to drive to get there because there is nothing on the cul de sac where the hotel is located except an abandoned seafood restaurant.
