The Ast.
The Ast. Manager Anna was wonderful, she is really the only reason I will consider coming back. The price for the rooms are a bit much, for the quality of the rooms and old furniture. The hotel is in the perfect spot McDonalds is right across the street Walmart is a skip and a hop away. The wifi was easy to hook up too and the signal was perfect.Guest review byBeunkia - 6.0

Shower wouldn't drain. Picked up shower drain plate and no wonder it wouldn't drain completely nasty. AC unit out dated made loud raffling noise all night. No hot water in sink. Fridge didn't get cold.Guest review byDarrellUnited States - 4.0

The room was absolutely beautiful!! BUT the staff was incredibly RUDE!! Check out time on booking.com is at 12pm but when arrived to hotel it stated the check out time was at 11 am. I let the lady at the front desk know and she said she would add a note that I needed to check out at 12. Well about 9:30 am the house keepers knocked on the door demanding us to be gone before 11am. They said " you better be out of here at 11am that's check out time. When I was going to respond back they just walked off. Very rude and unprofessional. When I checked out I informed the manager about the confusion and she just said oh that's too bad. Like seriously they need better customer service!!!!!!Guest review byRubyUnited States - 10.0

We were very happy with the clean rooms and the staff and cleaning crew were so helpful and friendly. The design was cute too. Overall we would recommend this site to anyone. The location was great with restaurants close and it was close to interstate.Guest review byJamesUnited States

The amenities are so comfortable, and I especially like the solid bathtub. I love the location as its close to everything in Brookhaven, MS. I highly recommend the Haven.
