Too expensive to not include a complimentary continental breakfast , not offer a coffee maker in the room and not give straighten up/cleaning service in a 3 to 4 day stay. Refuse to make shakes for hotel guests/ friends because person on duty cant operate a shake machine (really?) and they were near the end of their shift.

    The staff was phenomenal.

The staff was phenomenal. The hotel is new so it was very nice. Only recommendation I have would be to add streaming for customers. The channels options weren’t great and the mirror option didn’t work. They used Dove products and that made my soul happy

The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were plenty of TV channels to choose from. The front of the buildings parking lot was on a hill making it somewhat difficult to enter the vehicle from one side or you could park away from the building in a flatter area.

Been through and in Brunswick many times in my life.

Been through and in Brunswick many times in my life. I like the Railway Station. Really went to visit friends in the housing complex right next to the hotel. But like staying at the comfortable hotel. Was not disappointed at all. The countryside is beautiful and getting to WVA is a breeze.
