Buffalo is coming back. Lots of gentrification.
Buffalo is coming back. Lots of gentrification. Lots of hipsters running good restaurants. Historically it is as fascinating as St Louis. I had no idea it was the Silicon Valley of the US at the turn of the 20th century. Tesla and Westinghouse and the Erie Canal before really had an impact. The architecture is historic. The weather in late August was amazing!! Absolutely beautiful. Visited the Ellwood neighborhood, on a Saturday. Live music, food trucks, vendors and cute places to shop. I think it's a good room for the price you pay. Nice hotel on the track line. Easy friendly check in. Valet service is 29 dollars and simple. Parking across the road is around 21 dollars so we opted for valet. You can also text valet before you come down so that your vehicle is ready so that's a plus. Elevators were quick.
