From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was fantastic. The staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind. We had forgotten a toothbrush, and without hesitation, they provided one for us—no hassle at all. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and fresh options to start the day right. Honestly, everything about our stay was just great.

The staff was so nice! The housekeepers were also so very nice. Respectful! And great attitudes. The room was roomy and big! For 3 kings and a pull out sofa! Checkout time was at 12 so we slept in!

    View of lake from house was beautiful, but dirty & cobweb...

    View of lake from house was beautiful, but dirty & cobweb filled window screens a real distraction from the beauty. Nice seating at dock but boathouse blocks the amazing Lakeview ..Home layout nice & furnishings very nice BUT filthy areas in kitchen & mold in showers is unacceptable. No real selection of restaurants in Bullard, so we ate at home with the wonderful ready-to cook prepared meals purchased from The Dinner Table in Tyler @ 4730 S. Broadway (903)525-9008.....and Tyler has a 'bounty' of really good restaurants, and only 20 min. away..Many outdoor seating areas on lawn & lake dock, but for entertaining & cookout, a nice lakeside porch on home would be big, major improvement. Brookshires groceries in Bullard, but much nicer one in Tyler! The lack of cleanliness will prevent me from renting here again.
