The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff member in the early morning (about 0500) was very nice and had a pleasant conversation with me while I waited for the shuttle. I was only there from late at night to early the next morning so I didn't get to try the pool or the breakfast, but given the state of the rest of the hotel (waiting area, hallways, and rooms) I would assume those would be nice and I wish I could've tried them out!

I genuinely enjoyed everything about the hotel. I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. We had some other guests on our floor with many children running the hallway. They were quite noisy. We asked if we could change rooms to another floor and the staff were very accommodating and moved us immediately. We were very appreciative 🙂
