The staff is wonderful. The manager was incredibly accommodating. He called me personally with questions to clarify a couple of things. He didn't just call once but twice a few weeks apart. He seemed to know me when I called back at a later date to ask a question about the area. So helpful! Will certainly stay here again.

First there is no locked door on this second property, I am in room 123 and all night people the same two have come and gone in and out others have arrived. I have been pretty scared. Open for anyone to walk into. My room door does not shut automatically and has three locks on the door! (Why the need for three?!) Next there are bugs everywhere- I have killed dozens. I’ll add photos Your tv does not work Last your fridge with the brown door has stopped working and for the last 3 hours it has been defrosting losing ice out the back and there is a massive pool on the floor. The bugs like this and maybe that’s why there are so many. I have never stayed in a place where I was too scared to leave the room and too disgusted to go to sleep.

Don't stay here. The place is awful.

Don't stay here. The place is awful. The bed was uncomfortable, the pool was inoperable, the ice machine was broken (another guest mentioned that when they stayed last year, the ice machine was broken then, too) and 8 packs of decaf does not equal regular coffee (they didn't have any.) I had booked 2 nights, but we stayed only one. There is no elevator in the building, so we had to schlep our things up the stairs. When the desk was not staffed, there was a number to call, so I did; it rang to the desk where I was standing. I was about to just leave, but we saw the guy finally come to he desk so I canceled the next night. I also wanted a receipt. The diner across the street, however, is absolutely fabulous!

If your looking for a safe place to rest your head in a comfy bed and have breakfast and hot coffee in the morning. This is just fine! I personally prefer no carpet in a room and this wasn't an option BUT the rugs in the room were clean.

This was the dirtiest most disgusting room I have ever stayed in in 20 years of traveling . The AC was broke and filters inside have obviously never been cleaned. The ac was set to 62 its lowest setting and it was cooler in the hall way . I took the filter out and banged it against the wall as it was disgusting and caked . but the interior filter has never been cleaned and you could see soda bottle caps etc in it. I will never subject my wife and I to this dump again ever Tear this dump down and build new the only solution at this point

The location was the only good thing

The location was the only good thing The rooms are dirty and smell - no security - the doors to the parking lot are open all night - actually they dont even close. The phones in the room dont work and are not even plugged in and the when you have kids running up and down the hall screaming at 2:00 am the staff does nothing about it. Dont stay here you will not be happy

It's Cambridge - not a great variety of interesting hotel options so this was fine. It seemed expensive for what it was. While the rooms were clean, decent size...standard for this chain, the walls were thin (could hear the people next door having loud sex), and the hall doors banged.
