United StatesWe have bowling tournaments near here and this is our goto hotel to stay at! It's is always a fast check-in, never a problem, and the workers are beyond friendly and helpful. I personally have been coming here for the last 3 years, twice a year, for various tournaments, and we will NEVER not stay here!

they had it in menu for breakfast with Ham in it and we don't eat meat.
Just a quick suggestion if that can be accommodated for some customers.

This is a Quant little get away.
This is a Quant little get away. Warm, friendly and inviting. Clean fresh sheets. Ice machine available. I would definitely reconsider the Anthracite to anyone visiting Carbondale. There really is little reason to come to this town.
There really is little reason to come to this town. It is a jump-off point for several tours of the surrounding area, and if you are coming into this area for work, where Scranton would be a little far, this is a very nice hotel, better than Hampton Inn, that is if you have to come to Carbondale. I would not stop here if it wasn't for a work assignment. The lighting in the room is excellent, and although my room faced Main Street, after 8PM or so, it was fairly quiet. If you need to be someplace for multiple months, this isn't a bad place. However if you like to cook, try to find long-term housing closer to Scranton. The improvement and widening of Route 6 (not Business Rt 6) makes the drive from Scranton a much easier commute.Guest review byCherylUnited States
