The hotel was clean, everything was new and the furniture was nice and comfortable. What I enjoyed the most was the staff. They were warm, welcoming, accommodating and always answered the phone/my questions. My daughters left items in the room and we were able to get them back with no issue. But the real amazing part is that I left my engagement ring and didn’t realize until I was on the road! I called, they had it and gave me instructions on how it can be sent back to me. They answered every email and phone call I had about it and I am so impressed by that. Oh, even the staff at the restaurant they have was nice. Overall it was an amazing experience!

The location of it is perfect, you can walk right out into the village and then ski lifts. Parking onsite is a huge bonus to not having to drive every morning or afternoon, saves a lot of time. Plenty of hot water in winter.

This property is in a magical spot. The staff is very compassionate with personal attention to each guests. I went here with my wife and the accommodations was very cozy. I will definitely come back here to stay.

Were we entitled to use the rec center? We didn't know if we could since there was NOT any information or booklet to let us know what was included in this rental. There were no Village Restaurants or any information about Village services. Knowing a bit of history in a simple booklet would have been a nice feature and possible souvenir.

    The bones of the all wooden house was great. The great room was well laid out and a perfect gathering place for our family. Plenty of utensils, plates, pots, etc. in the kitchenThe location was great in Carnelian Bay. Walk to the Post Office Cafe and Garwood's. Nice Tahoe feel and decor.

    The property is updated and well-maintained. It is truly a luxury vacation home, which is tastefully decorated and well-equipped for cooking and fun around house. It was a rare found in the Lake Tahoe area.
