The staff were incredibly kind, the restaurant was very good, and the room was very clean and comfortable. It was a very nice break from being in downtown nola, but still close enough for when you were ready to tour or go out! :)

    The room and staff was amazing but after being charged...

    The room and staff was amazing but after being charged something different than I was told wasn’t cool. Hotel over all was great. My only complaint is I got charged totally different price than what I was told. When I checked my account and I asked her why she couldn’t answer. Telling me I must of missed something or wasn’t told something. Got told it would be added to my card and it wasn’t.
