We were skeptical at first because our room faced the street. However, the rooms are incredibly well insulated, so you really can't hear any traffic noise. The rooms are also beautifully furnished and elegantly equipped. A wonderful bathroom with a great shower. The breakfast room offers free fruit and snacks during the day and a small breakfast in the morning for a fee. 7eleven next door, taco stand opposite - you can stay here for a while.

    The breakfast was not up to my standards. The eggs tasted like water, no bacon just sausages. I only ate breakfast there my first morning, the other 3 I went somewhere else. The hotel charged my credit card the amount I paid at Booking.com.

    This place is not for a family or kids because the night we staied there they had hookers, loid music and noise throughout the night. This place sucks. they advised me if I want my money back to contact Booking.com and they will send them a email and Days inn will refund my second night, that was a lie, they I contacted Booking.com costermer service and they lied also by telling me they will get me refund in ten days, that was another lie.

    we were there for our Son's wedding so we were in festive...

    we were there for our Son's wedding so we were in festive mode anyway. We also stayed at a hotel in Otay Ranch Town Center which was much closer to all of the Wedding activities and Wedding. Lots of good places to eat and things to do there. We like the Rambler because it is more centrally located to all of the San Diego area and is really easy to get in and out of. We prefer to stay at Hotels that are not the homogenous chain type and that have a more local flavor which The Rambler certainly has. We look forward to our next stay at the Rambler. We hope it's soon.

    I loved everything around, wish we've stayed longer but what a comfortable hotel for the little hours we were in it, definitely going back soon! It had a lot of places nearby to check out plus the border being near by is definitely a plus!

    The bathroom is infested with cucarachas / 🪳 roaches They were everywhere on top of the sink and on my tooth brush I had to trowed it away The complete bathroom had an horrible smell I asked for a king size bed and I got a queen size Not a single chair to sit on There was no comforter ! I will not stay at this hotel again !! I sure would love to have my money back But I know it would be to much to ask .

    With the AC on it drowned out all of the outside noise, the room itself was actually clean, it was comfortable and very cheap for a 4 day stay even my baby enjoyed just playing in the room during the time we weren’t out. Also it’s very close to everything we went to stay for Sesame place and it was pretty close so was the mall restaurants stores and gas stations. Staff was very quick to respond, friendly and helpful

    Nice hotel, modern style, modern room, quite small in comparison to standard rooms in US. Very nice and friendly staff. Good location, 5 min to orange train, where we can go to the San Diego city center or Mexico border in couple of minutes, seveneleven market shop next to the hotel and few restaurants, maycys shopping center in walking distance. Hotel offers good breakfast to buy extra (7 $$).

    The location is fantastic it is in a lovely residential area and getting an Uber is very easy. The accommodation is beautiful, it feels welcoming and homely. We loved the pool and hot tub and the owner was extremely helpful. I would recommend!
