The staff was extremely helpful and caring. It was definitely the highest point! The location was very convenient, close to the airport and not far from Syracuse downtown.

The hotel has good links to the highway. Plenty of parking. The front staff are great!! Helpful with all your needs. Breakfast was a good selection. Good size rooms. Social event is a nice touch for the customers.

At first I was a bit taken aback because the website didn't mention pool out of commission and I messaged them several times with questions and no response, but the service, the cleanliness, the breakfast, it was like being at a resort. It was AMAZING! THANK YOU! 😊

    Check in was great. Friendly staff and very informative. When I got to the 3rd floor where my room was, all I noticed was used bed sheets all over the hallway beside most room doors. It was a mess. I got into my room and when I sat on the bed (As we always do to test it out) lol, It felt like the bed was going to fold on me. Way too soft. Overall rating for this hotel would be 4 out of 10

    Liza the Wed-Sat breakfast person is the only good thing at this hotel. Day staff not very pleasant except Liza, who was cheerful and attentive. Room needed repairs, TV did not work, couldn't use Wi-Fi. Provided with a partial nearly empty roll of toilet paper when we arrived. Went to lobby for more and they had none till next day 9am. Desk gave us an extra box of tissues instead !?! Told twice they were booked solid. Tuesday breakfast was missing multiple items had to be requested or delivered. Hot items only offered Wed-Sat.
