    Liked the hotel for the boxing event, I rented 2 rooms,...

    Liked the hotel for the boxing event, I rented 2 rooms, didn’t like the fact you took out a deposit for the rooms, the deposit for the 1st room was $50, then on the 2nd room, you took a $100 for a total of $150!!! Then it took me calling 3 weeks later to find out why you hadn’t refunded my money let, then it took 3 more days!!! Not acceptable with money to ANYONE!

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNT MONEY ON THIS HOTEL ..... This was my 6th stay at The Double Tree as it had always been so nice. But sadly, I was heartbroken at how poor it had become. The main entrance was ok but then you enter, what can only be described as, the1980's. Furniture damaged, dirty valance around the bed, old, worn towels, the carpet was so tired and worn. Just so grubby to look at. Poor quality all around, breakfast was $29 and if you wanted pancakes they were an additional charge. The jacuzzi was broken, no body lotion in the container. No housekeeping unless you asked and even then it was too late, this was at 10.00am !! I shall never stay again and it is so sad as it was, once, a long time ago and good hotel.

    Great hotel overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were decent – not perfect, but good enough. For the location, the price was fair and much more affordable than staying in central Los Angeles.

    I liked everything from this hotel, the wellcome, the room, the service and cleaning of the room, the breakfast, the dinner, the smile from the staff. Also plenty of place to park.

    The location of the hotel is great. It's right next to the Citadel Outlet, which has a Tesla Supercharger station in the outlet's parking lot.
