    The hotel was clean and comfortable.

    The hotel was clean and comfortable. We visited in December and the hotel was decorated beautifully! Everyone was helpful and kind except for a woman at the desk. She wasn’t rude just didn’t seem to want to be there. Hopefully it was just an off day for her. The breakfast was good with a huge variety! The kitchen woman was very happy, helpful and social. A pleasure to meet her! Our room was warm, clean and comfortable. The bathroom nightlight was not working but luckily I carry one in my bag. I reported it at checkout and was told she would have it fixed. I loved the message on the back of the bathroom door!! It made me smile and was quite unique. We had a wonderful stay at the Coventry hotel and will visit again soon. My daughter and friends live close by and will be very convenient! Thank you all!!

    We visit RI often as all of our family lives there. I usually use Booking.com and scroll through to find the most reasonable price. We will definitely stay here again! My only disappointment was I forgot my bathing suit for the pool! A continental breakfast could not be offered d/t COVID19. I was very impressed as we were given a menu and chose pick up time for our to go boxed breakfast. The breakfast was pretty good and served hot. Thank you for going above and beyond. All others I’ve encountered did NOT even offer coffee! Safety is a high priority. COVID precautions exceeded my expectations. Staff was polite, professional and helpful. We give 5 thousand stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Loved how friendly everyone was when we arrived and now that genuine courtesy extended through our stay. Continental breakfast was great and we loved how nice the pool area was. What an enjoyable stay!
