The service from the front desk was good both over the phone and in person. The facilites are clean and the villa where we stayed in was big, clean and with all needed amenities. We will definitely stay here again.

The Inn is located out of town just off a busy road. We were the only people staying the night in mid August. We requested Room 1 as it was the farthest from the road and seemed to be the quietest. There was no one around on a Sunday so we had to let ourselves into the room. We have had issues previously with self-entry numerical keypads in different countries so were a bit apprehensive, but fortunately there were no issues entering the room. The room was spacious and nicely furnished with nice balcony. The bathroom was very nice with a walk-in shower. There was good light coming into the room from the balcony windows. We saw a deer in the morning from our room which was nice. We booked Montaluce winery (9 min drive) online for dinner after we arrived as the restaurants in Dahlonega were all full and didn't allow advance bookings. We enjoyed our dinner (food good, service erratic) on the balcony at Montaluce so worth considering.

We visited the resort in February for valentines weekend, the location of the resort is totally Amazing even in winter . I can only Imagine how stunning the resort looks in the spring / summer . The resort staff were very nice & helpful recommending local attractions & ice cream creamery ( which was fantastic) the staff were very proud to talk about the resort . Which is a testament to the Owner & work environment , be sure visit & stay at the resort for a totally fantastic experience .

    Very quaint! Lots of activities, parks, stores and history.

    Very quaint! Lots of activities, parks, stores and history. I plan to come back maybe this fall and bring my daughter. Ate at an Asian restaurant for dinner, yummy, and had lunch at the local 50s diner, good sandwich and great ice cream! I thought I went back in time to Happy Days. Great shopping and friendly people. Just didn't have enough time to enjoy the town in a day and night! I will be back.

    I love Dahlonega.

    I love Dahlonega. It is a quaint little town with good shops and restaurants. The mountain location is great. My only complaint is that the shops close early even though there are still many shoppers at 6PM.

    Dahlonega is such a beautiful place to visit.

    Dahlonega is such a beautiful place to visit. We enjoyed driving around an taking in the serenity. We visited Helen GA and Ruby Falls while we was there. I wish we had a couple more days but we will definitely do this again in the near future.

    Dahlonega town square has some great shops and dining places to enjoy. We love Picnic Cafe, but this time tried Shenanigans for dinner then after a brief walk got a treat at Connie's Ice Cream Parlor - both were well worth a return visit!

    This was a beautiful town with a walkable town square (hotels, shops, restaurants, theater, ice cream shop, Gold (mining) museum, used bookstore) . Lots of nearby hiking trails, fishing, horseback riding , wineries and waterfall hikes all within a short drive of the town square. We really liked Dahlonega! A car is definitely needed in this area.

    Great place to go hiking, relax and unwind. There drive from Atlanta to Dahlonega was just stunning with the trees and plants blooming (Spring), rolling hills and fun curves. There are many trails in the area for various skill levels.

    Breakfast included was good (eggs, grits, bacon/ham, biscuits). The waiter staff was very friendly. I asked a woman at the front desk for things to do in the area. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to show us all the main attractions and places to hike. Use the stables next to the hotel, if you plan on riding horses. These are the friendliest people we've met and they really care for the horses too (we watched them do it from a distance and then stopped by to talk)

    Lauren is the manager and she was fantastic. We were checking in after hours and she sent us a text message clearly explaining what we needed to do. After we checked in, I had a question about parking and at 10;00 at night, she answered me and answered my question. She was fantastic! The place is right in the middle of Dahlonega. Parked the car and walked everywhere.
