Pleasant stay, everything we expected. The staff was great. The room is clean, with lots of plugs for chargers. Quiet location with a coffee kiosk near and a really good Chinese restaurant across the street.

Dallas is a wonderful area,lots of open space the community was very friendly, there were local supermarkets and shops nearby that opened late. However there was no entertainment, bars with music, live bands, cinema or theatre, these were located in the larger town, an hour drive away. The highways were easy to find and get around. There are lots of walking trails and a couple of great park areas. We found tennis courts 4 mins away from our accommodation so that was a bonus (we brought our tennis rackets hoping we could find something local)

If you want to be overcharged for your room and stay in a hotel that offers a non-working hot tub as an accommodation, then this is the place to go. I got overcharged for my room and it took a month for them to remediate the situation. When they did finally get it taken care of, they put a credit on the wrong card. Want to talk to a manager? Well be prepared to have to wait for 3 weeks for one to be available. I spent almost 4 hours on the phone total trying to get the money they overcharged me back. It was very frustrating and a waste of time. I will never stay at this facility again!

So there's a couple of things I wasn't happy about don't say your cleaning is up to covid cleaning standards because I got two dirty rooms and wbzed up staying in a room smaller then what I Pat d for and then the hot tub wasn't open and I called and I was told it is but any ways I want some one to get a hold of me thanks again Lisa Sargent
