    The house was amazing and we really appreciate getting us in on such short notice. We wish we could have stayed another week. Would most definitely go back and or recommend to others. There were lots of places to shop and eat. Love Firstwatch we go when ever we can, great food.

    Everything was exceptional.

    Everything was exceptional. Lovely house, pictures actually look like what is being depicted. Very clean space with a lot of room for large or small families. We will most certainly be coming back to visit!

    Our stay was only 13 miles from Disney but due to the horrific traffic, it took us an hour each morning to make the trip there. If you're going to Disney, do yourself a favor and stay on the north side of Route 4.

    The location of the home was amazing, and the water park is...

    The location of the home was amazing, and the water park is walking distance from the home. The water park could use a bit more amenities it was very basic. My home was ok, but it could use some help in upkeeping the condition of the home. The furniture could use some updating especially the sofa and the patio cushions. The staff could be a little bit more welcoming when entering the entrance of the waterpark. And the bigger water slide was not working for my entire 5 day stay. The lazy river was a bit too lazy for me. But that's just my opinion.

    We went to relax by the pool but the area was close enough...

    We went to relax by the pool but the area was close enough to shops, restaurants etc to suit those wishing to do more. The area itself was well maintained and quiet. A car is essential but there was a lovely golf club around a 10 minute walk from our villa. It was open to anyone for breakfast, lunch and drinks but closed around 5pm.

    Beautiful homely property with everything you need to enjoy...

    Beautiful homely property with everything you need to enjoy the perfect family holiday. Beds so comfy close to supermarket shops etc. Community pool and facilities as well as your own private pool. There is nothing I could fault about this property. Excellent communication with host's. Very safe gated community.

    Having stayed previously in Kissimmee I wondered how this location would compare but I probably preferred it. There are lots of food outlets very close by as well as several supermarkets including an Aldi which was significantly cheaper than say Walmart or Publix. The WiFi was very good & the pool was also good. The communication with the hosts was easy. The games in the garage are a nice touch.
