I rated my experience as poor because my stay did not fully meet Fairfield's promise of a smooth and stress-free experience. I faced issues with housekeeping, as my room was not cleaned despite multiple requests at the front desk. Additionally, the staff's lack of attentiveness was disappointing. For instance, I received several Amazon packages during my stay, but no assistance was offered to help carry the boxes or use the cart to take them to my room. On a positive note, the hotel's location is excellent, being relatively close to many points of interest such as the port, malls, restaurants, and the main road. First of all the place was nice and the staffs was very nice and friendly. The property is located near the freeway, an easy access to the hotel. I love the restaurants, bars and shops along Atlantic Avenue. The town is very walkable. The beach is wide and clean. However, there are almost no restrooms near the beach. The vibe in Delray Beach is much more upscale and feels safer than many South Florida towns.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Getting around Delray on a free golf cart operated by Freebee, a service that you can access with a download is great. You request a ride and they are generally there within ten minutes. There is a parking within the hotel which is very convenient as well. The staff people are all very nice and helpful, we were able to get our room earlier which was perfect.
