I am an original resident of Denville, 42 years ago and I love it there. I also used to live on Morris Avenue. That is what made me want to stay at your hotel. Plus on Green Pond Road just around the corner from the hotel is the Hibernia Diner.Guest review byAnonymous - 2.0
BEWARE!!
BEWARE!! The staff charged me twice for the same booking, luckily I noticed the error on my credit card statement. After a lot of back and forth with customer service, I spoke with the hotel manager who blamed the error on Booking.com. When I contacted Booking.com they did not acknowledge any error on their side. The hotel manager agreed to undo the second charge but due to the fluctuations in exchange rate I did not get back all the money that I was overcharged. I called again to ask for the refund to be paid in full and the manager was curt and not helpful. He told me to contact Booking.com, but they were not able to do anything either so in the end I never got all my money back.Guest review byAmandaCanada
