    The overall hotel room was nice and clean.

    The overall hotel room was nice and clean. The breakfast was decent pancakes, eggs, Sausage, buscuit and gravy, cereal, toast to name a few. My only disappointment was I was told I would have jacuzzi tub in my hotel. We were celebrating our anniversary it was sort of a big deal to me. But not to Best Western, it was a 3rd company and there was nothing they could do to help... Bummer

    The room was horrible, sheets had blood on them and stained with brown grease, the pillow cases were soiled with dried saliva. When the front desk was notified they gave me another set of sheets and I had to change the sheets myself. Then when I went to use the restroom it was also disgusting, the toilet and walls were smeared with feces.

    The bathroom shower was clogged with sticky cloudy water, the coffee machine was dusty and the bed sheet underneath looked like it was not changed. The under covers had particles of an unknown hairs, the iron was burned, and the fire alarm went off at 4:10am in the morning due to someone smoking cigarettes inside the building premises, and the breakfast was not at all continental. Biscuits was hard like rock, boiled eggs was cold and hard, bagels were stale, and the yogurts had expired dates on it!

    The staff as extremely friendly. Stephanie was incredible helpful and very nice, she make my stay really good, the woman on the kitchen too, oh and Emilia, this is a very nice hotel with very nice staff. About the room, it was spacious, have a fridge and a microwave, sometimes I arrive late and just buy something for the microwave was really helpful, I had my bottle of water and there's a dispenser near the reception, the temperature In The room was great, the bed was comfy and lots of pillows

    I liked the whole staff from the reservationist and the cleaning staff and everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and made us feel at home since my husband and I have been without a home Motel 6 in Duncanville was our temporary home for some days and we felt at home
