    I already reviewed this property. Like I said, the room set up was nice, the breakfast was great, but the mildew in the room was horrendous. I am surprised Booking.com would promote this property as they should’ve known about this mildew. I looked up “mildew” at this hotel, and their had been prior reports) This questioned me working with booking.com. And the pull out sofa was basically springs with a lot of stains… Gross! This follow up review is after I got home when looking to see if they refunded my deposit, they took a SECOND deposit. Now I have to work on getting that back. Luckily there was in my account to not cause a further problem.

    A beautiful facility and no need to even leave. You were invited to restaurant with 2 complementary drinks. They had snacks on the house also, such as veggies and ranch, pepperoni, cheese, and crackers. The rooms offered a nice living room with a bedroom separate. The indoor atrium was stunning and made you feel like you were outdoors.

    They said they were going to give me some rewards to...

    They said they were going to give me some rewards to compensate me and it never happened so they lied in that part totally I think I should have been refunded something back, they don’t have to ever worry about us staying at this one ever again, and I will let other people know not to stay out at this one, the pool was dirty with kids running around and they messed up the weight room we couldn’t even go in there, it was bad. Thank you

    Variety of restaurants and easy to get around the area. The road work that was underway on the way into the city was causing delays in traffic, as matter of fact it came to a standstill which was annoying but understandable.

    East Syracuse was a nice place.

    East Syracuse was a nice place. It was cold but it was fine. The changing of the leaves was visible and they were beautiful. There are different things to do this time of the season. It was time for apple picking and pumpkins everywhere you went. I was able to get fresh corn to bring back to the city, I love going this time, it is a good way to relieve the stress from the city.

    Couldn't get a better staff! Pete and Jackie were GREAT! They know the area and have a lot of ideas when asked. Joey's Italian restaurant just down the road at Carrier Circle is easy to get to as well as Bull & Bear.

    The hotel was set in a quiet area. There was plenty of grass at the hotel itself, and along the surrounding roads to give our dog some on leash exercise. Poop bags were provided. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The suite was spacious enough to set up a large travel crate for the dog. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful

    The building and elevator smells. The AC in the room was so loud, I could hardly sleep. Checkin took more than usual time. Very bad experience. Though it is cheaper but still it was not worth it.
