    Spotless, near the freeways ,easily accessible . I was afraid because there were train crossings just at the entrance ,but I guess it was not functioning ,because I did not hear any train in my four days and nights of stay !!! I forgot to ask them if it is a functioning railroad track ?!

    There are few really good parks and malls.

    There are few really good parks and malls. Brayant lake park is my faivorite place. Here is a good playgroud for kids, beach, lake, boats and some trails. Also in Eden Praire you can find a lot of shops and mall, such as Walmart, Costco, Asia Mall and etc

    The staff was a little overwhelmed because the hotel was...

    The staff was a little overwhelmed because the hotel was full to capacity and I don't think the housekeeping staff could keep up with the check in process. The breakfast area was unstaffed and canceled. Insufficient parking late at night when we returned. Rooms were clean and nice. Bathroom was nice. Coffee supplies were not restocked for the second night.

    The hotel was very cozy and absolutely comfortable!

    The hotel was very cozy and absolutely comfortable! It is truly centrally located in the middle of EVERYTHING!! From the front desk staff to house keeping were simply amazing. The breakfast was better than going to the Original Pancake House and I was totally shocked! Very clean on all levels that I experienced. The INDOOR pool was a plus especially with all that snow that we experienced but it was BEAUTIFUL!

    We paid for Breakfast with our original bill but then got double charged on the total bill. I contacted the person at the desk by text and they said they would credit my card but it has not happened yet. I would skip the Breakfast to eliminate this overcharge.

    Hotel itself is fairly nice.

    Hotel itself is fairly nice. King room with sofa bed was much larger than I thought it would be for the price. Bathroom was small however in the room (not really a big deal). Only cons I would say is not a great continental breakfast and elevators are slow for only being a 6 floor hotel. Location is fine 8-10 minute drive from Target field and about 20 to mall of America. I would stay again

    The hotel is everything you need for a family trip. The pool is nice, the rooms are clean, the rooms have a fridge, and the breakfast is GREAT! They have full bottles on the wall of shower of shampoo/conditioner/body wash, so no worries if you forget to pack your own. Beds are comfy. The tvs are set up so you can log in to your own Netflix.
