    We love staying at this location, because it is close by...

    We love staying at this location, because it is close by other restaurants and markets that you can walk. This location is excellent for not having to get up so early for an early flight at LAX. The shuttle service is a huge plus for us as well. It’s nice to have a little breakfast before we have to leave. This is our go to lodging when we fly out of LAX.

    El Segundo was a very quiet nice area.

    El Segundo was a very quiet nice area. The hotel is literally on the border of a community of El Segundo which was pretty cool. Streets were safe and I walked conveniently to IHOP and the coffee shop without no problem

    The staff welcomes you warmly, offering coffee as soon as you arrive. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch, the rooms are comfortable, and the internet connection is reliable. The airport shuttle service is also very convenient. IHOP very close and others restaurants are a short distance from the hotel . Close to the pool there is an area with fire pits .

    the front desk customer service was horrible people was high they would ignore you while you standing in front of them management didn't change room when heat went out ask did i want to just leave His customer service was terrible worst experience I ever had

    I think what went wrong could have been better handle with training. The rudeness of the person asking if we paid for breakfast as we made plates. We were told the breakfast time when we checked in but not that we had a fee to pay extra. Instead she chose to yell it with a full room of guest eating breakfast. The airport shuttle was late taking my family to the airport. Water was shut off with no warning or water compensation z

    I found the lady on the check in desk unhelpful.

    I found the lady on the check in desk unhelpful. We had to pay a $100 deposit upon entering the hotel for each room and we were told that it would not be debited from our bank account. When we returned to France (the next day) we discovered that $200 had been debited from our account ($100 for each room). Moreover €21,66 (twice) had also been debited and we have no idea what this amount corresponds to. I am very unhappy about the situation and would like an explanation ASAP.

    Basic no frills hotel. Good location near LAX. I chose this hotel for the airport shuttle and it worked well for me. The hotel provided clear directions prior to my arrival how to call for shuttle and my timing was lucky as I waited barely 5 minutes before pickup. The next morning the shuttle departed the hotel on the hour. The evening receptionist was cheerful and friendly. Area is safe to walk in even in early evening with a supermarket and restaurants 10 minute walk. Too cold to use pool so can't comment on that.

    Ideal for a stopover with a well-functioning shuttle and only a short distance to the airport. We liked the chance to get something to drink during the day and to have a meal (purchased in a nearby supermarket) while waiting for the right time to go back to the airport.

    Very good hotel. Near the Lax airport with shuttle. Fantastic breakfast. We weren't allowed an early check in but we were offered a complimentary breakfast. The receptionist was super kind and helpful.
