    There is someone at the front desk 24/7.

    There is someone at the front desk 24/7. There may be no convenience store nearby but they do have water, soda and chips for sale for a reasonable price. There’s also a microwave in the lobby that you can use. The staff were nice too and told that I could have more coffee if I wanted.

    it is close to the airport and could be an attractive property but there is a location fee, the property is not updated, and many things like a fitness center, restaurant or swimming pool are not very inviting

    Excellent hotel, quality price value is fair.

    Excellent hotel, quality price value is fair. The reception and maintenance staff are all very friendly and attentive... My trip was to rest and we made it there, we could sleep late because there were no annoying noises and no people making a scandal in the corridors. We were able to enjoy our walks in the very pleasant pool area. Right next door there is a restaurant with very affordable food and drinks and good food, excellent for having a good time too... The hotel also has transportation service to the airport... The next time I return to Chicago I will stay again there and I highly recommend it to other travelers, it is a very quiet and comfortable hotel for executives, families, couples, etc.

    Hotel was not bad, clean, place smelled good, quiet, basic room no frills just good for short time stay. Would not stay there for a long stay since there was no fridge or microwave in room. But definitely a two or two night stay hotel

    I had reserved a suite. I told them I had small dog.

    I had reserved a suite. I told them I had small dog. The description of the facility did not say anything about a pet fee. When we checked in I was charged a $50 pet fee. I think that was to much for one small dog for one night. We are staying at Best Western and the pet fee is $15. Very reasonable. Also because of having a pet they removed me from the King Size Suite to a smaller room. The elevator was a hassle to use. Very slow moving and long waits use it. Our parking was a long walk .

    We arrived for breakfast, seated ourselves.

    We arrived for breakfast, seated ourselves. We waited 10 minutes before our server came over to tell us the Chef just went on break and would not be back for 30 minutes. We had to leave. There was a used dirty towel in our bathroom. There was no ironing board in the room. The TV in the living room did not work. The The AC could not keep the guest sleeping area cool.

    Included breakfast was surprisingly very satisfying if you were a lucky one and had a chair to sit on. Lots of tables, few chairs. Shuttle Service didn't work at all - due to incompatibilty of staff. Didn't get requested information about pick up on arrival and meeting point in advance, already full when we needed transfer back to the airport. But that was actually main criteria for our reservation. La quinta is situated in a quiet area close to O'Hare. Public transportation a 20min walk away.

    The staff refused to keep my luggage during the day. I was going to fly by night and I had to search for a place to store my luggage, in order to take the opportunity to visit the city during the day. This feature result in my poor experience in this day, because I lost 2 hours searching where to store my luggage. I took for granted that the hotel would , even for a price, keep my luggage

    The location and the free shuttle bus from the airport was great. The driver was very entertaining and had us all laughing. The distance from chicago wasn't so good but we did a 16min walk to catch a bus and that was very easy from the bus we caught the blue line train into Chicago and it all went perfectly and was so cheap well worth doing
