We stayed at this location over 10 years ago and it was a bit run down. The place now looks fantastic. Super clean. The facilities and comfort of the room were top notch. This is a great hidden gem if you don't know about it and are in the area

Great clean property with an abundance of space and well stocked (pics do not do justice to the amount of space). Lots of rooms, and beds. Regretted not staying for additional nights. Great location close to main strip in town. Will definitely come back next time we are in town.

In apartment 1, it was a two bedroom with a full living room and full kitchen. The washer and dryer were a nice touch. Nice central air system. Hot water for days with that shower system. Kids enjoyed it. You can literally walk to a Dollar General within minutes if you forgot anything. Paper towels and tissues were stocked.

Amazing place! The decor and aesthetic of the place is incredible, spotless too. They have everything you need to cook and they had complimentary coffee and tea! Parking is plentiful and the patio outback was perfect to have a coffee amongst the snow. Short 15-20 minute walk into town and directly across from the ski hills. Highly recommend this place! I'll definitely be back. Thanks for an incredible stay. :)

    We were in the area for a grad party.

    We were in the area for a grad party. We chose to stay in Ellicottville because there were things to do in our spare time. The hotel was able to give us adjoining rooms. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The only issue with the rooms was that the AC in one room was not working and they did not have anyone to fix it . That made sleeping in one room uncomfortable. Breakfast was free however the coffee and OJ were awful so I would recommend going into town for a good coffee Overall we enjoyed our stay and even used the pool in the evening which was fun as we were the only ones using it.

    Ellicottville was a great small town.

    Ellicottville was a great small town. We came in for an event at the ski slopes, and in being a small town there were little options for late night food. So if/when we go back I will plan ahead for that.
