We only stayed one night as it was on our way home to Chicago from an east coast driving vacation. From a big picture perspective, the location was good because it put us west of Cleveland for an easy morning exit. The hotel itself was located in a rather unattractive, lower economic area right off the highway but inside it was clean, open and comfortable.

This city is a ghost town. There is nowhere to shop,eat,or visit everything is closed down,boarded up, abandoned, dilapidated, run down, unkempt,the roads are ragg dry ,bumpy,no public transportation,no resources Literally a sad place to visit. I used to live here and couldn't believe my eyes when I arrived here after 4 years. Wow 😲 If you are hungry late night or have arrived here late at night your only choice of food is a gas station. I don't know how this is possible or who's in charge of the city but they need to be let go! This city is peril.

Fantastic place to spend the night. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, the workers went above and beyond there call of duty to help us. We were on a trike, and she told us exactly where to park, so our trike would be right in front of our window, and she gave us directions to good places to go and eat, which the place we ate at was fantastic! The breakfast was a full hot breakfast buffet, with so much to eat-we were impressed!

The ride up to the hotel itself is very disappointed. Is adjacent to Midland Mall which is over halfway shuttered. The road up to the hotel, if you can find it, is full of potholes and is extremely substandard from what I would expect from a Hilton Honors property.
