We enjoyed the shops downtown. We ate and walked around.
We enjoyed the shops downtown. We ate and walked around. Getting round Flag was pretty easy. Street parking costs $1 per hour and finding a spot could be tricky. Urban Pine Eatery was excellent for salad and flat bread. Insomnia cookies for dessert topped it off. Flagstaff is beautiful but the hotels are overpriced with little to no accommodations. Most if the oools at hotels are advertised but when you get to the hotel they are empty ( no water). A KOOL city and downtown so much fun - the older buildings...
A KOOL city and downtown so much fun - the older buildings with their architectural structures are just amazing. The trains that run through town are interesting to watch. The pine trees everywhere are such a beautiful site, and the smell is incredible. We stay there 2 nights for Grand Canyon visiting (1,5 hours driving). Personally I like everything. This hotel is designed for short stay for travelers and the room has: comfortable bed, microwave, fridge, bathroom. Parking is just under your door. Good place to stay and have rest after long day.
