We hadn't realized it before we arrived, but the village of Highland Falls had been hammered by floods three weeks before our stay. Folks were well into fixing up the town. We had a great time walking around talking to people about what had happened, and were glad we could support the local economy. The village of Cornwall and Stormking State Park were both nearby and great places to visit as well.

Jimmy and Frank were brilliant, so friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The room was small but had everything we needed, and the bed was comfy.
