Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. The breakfast staff were AMAZING, incredibly nice, friendly, and pleasant to be around. Front desk staff were ok. One was actually very nice. She gave my toddler a soccer ball and coloring stuff to play with.

    Room seemed dirty. Bedding was clean. Bathroom not clean and had a busted door that did not open or close. Details such as corners dirty. You can see the owners don't really care. Would not recommend.

    These people is not of their word.

    These people is not of their word. I had several complaints of my stay and none of them was acknowledged to my satisfaction. I was told by 3 staff the situation would be handled and it wasn’t. I was also told on check out day my bill would be adjusted and it wasn’t, I even emailed Judy the sales manager afterwards about my adjustment and she did not respond and now it’s 4 days later. It’s one thing I hate is a liar and a person that doesn’t stay to their words. I will be moving forward to get this handled as it should have been. She wants to remove my previous review, but doesn’t want to correct the issue. Very unprofessional staff!! I would advise you to thoroughly check every aspect of your room.

    Good place to stop on the way from New York to the south. Close to highway. Hotel is outside Philadelphia, about 30 Minutes by car to visit downtown. Clean and spacious room; helpful personal at the front office. Nice breakfast included with gluten-free options. A Starbucks is right next to the hotel.
