Great location near Franconia Park. Motel right on the river with a picnic area. Basketball hoop and indoor pool. Friendly staff. The big grassy area was perfect for playing frisbee. Good value for the price.

Wonderful little gem of a hotel. Very clean, quiet and well located. Ski resorts within a quick drive. I would recommend this place definitely. Breakfast was full, meaning, scrambled eggs and omelette, potatoes and sausages. There was also fresh waffle station. Plenty of cereal options and yogurt. Fresh juices and coffee. Hotel pool was a hit with teens in our group. Towels were provided at the pool which was great because we did not bring our own.

The best Inn I ever stayed. Beautiful house and everything in the house. Very warm, cozy and good taste of the collections. Dave and Karen are friendly, warm and taking care of the guests very well. Will come back for sure. The food was wonderful, and more than enough for me to eat all. :)))

The setting was peaceful and spectacular in the fall. The staff ( Ben and Halle) were excellent and the meals were outstanding both for the evening meal and for the breakfast.

Great house in a cute spot behind the main street. Wood was easily accessible for the wood stove. Stayed there to bring the kids to Santa's Village and it was perfect for us!

    We were there on a Monday evening and Tuesday evening in early October. Since it is right in the crossroads of so many of the highways/routes used for the leaf peeping season, we thought it would be a great stop. Absolutely NOT! There were no restaurants open and essentially nothing of interest there.

    Everything about the accommodations was excellent. Nothing was missing. The host provided every possible want or need you could think of. All you had to bring was your need for peace and quiet and the love of Mother nature at her best

    Great place for hiking and other outdoor activities. The weather in the Notch is different (wetter and more unpredictable) than the weather to the north or south. The scenery is spectacular, and the area is loaded with quaint towns.

    Franconia is a small town north of the Franconia Notch of the White Mountains. The town is located perfectly between the busier areas of Lincoln and Littleton. Access to skiing, hiking, sight-seeing and shopping are all only minutes away.

    The area was nice. Lots of trails nearby.

    The area was nice. Lots of trails nearby. We were looking for a get away with a planned drive up MT Washington. After disappointing breakfast found a great place called Pollys pancake house. Ended up going to Littleton for meals.

    There is a absolutely nothing there.

    There is a absolutely nothing there. One over priced grocery store, an ice cream stand, a small coffee shop that closes at 3pm. There is a fairly nice park with a play area for kids. This is the village of Franconia I'm speaking of. For hikers the area is ok I guess but nothing else to do, especially with kids. I didn't see any of the 2 or 3 eating places open on Saturday or Sunday. Not sure they're still in business. If you like the middle of nowhere this is it.

    The property is in a fantastic location - close to Franconia Notch and the many hikes in the area. The information pack provided by Evolve detailed all of the information we needed for check in and what to expect at the property, any questions were answered promptly and there is a great information pack on things to do in the area and restaurant recommendations provided by the host. The house is very well equipped and feels like home. We loved our stay there and highly recommend the property.

    Wonderful rural location in the mountains. Excellent staff. We enjoyed the horse riding and mountain biking that is available. Room was very comfortable and excellent breakfast in the hotel for an additional charge. The pub downstairs is also very good.
