    As 2 foreign women arriving in Chicago after midnight, I...

    As 2 foreign women arriving in Chicago after midnight, I specifically booked this hotel for the airport pick-up. I enclosed my flight details on the booking as directed. No one met us at the airport, and the lady at reception was very rude and told us to find a taxi, even though we had no numbers or internet. I asked to speak to the manager, she was not available but I was assured that she would ring or email me - she did not. I emailed her on 9th November, but I still have not received a response. The following morning, the man on reception told me that he could see my arrival details and pick-up request on their computer system! I am unhappy that 1. I was stranded in a foreign country after midnight. 2. The hotel receptionist was rude and would not help us. 3. I had to pay for a taxi despite sending my arrival details. 4. There was no contact from the hotel management. 5. There has been not response to my complaint

    This property met our needs for a one-night stay on our way...

    This property met our needs for a one-night stay on our way to a business meeting. It is a typical, older property, so expect that, but had nice fresh paint, clean and attractive bedding, plenty of towels/wash cloths. Friendly front desk staff. Easy access to Hwy and main roads. We recommend it.

    Value for money was great. The location after a long flight is very doable. It's not the newest hotel, but it was very clean for what I could tell. The room we had was very spacious. The beds were okay but made some noise.
