    The two rooms and a bathroom were in the same building with...

    The two rooms and a bathroom were in the same building with the owner/manager’s home and office in There was high volume noise from kids screaming in the morning coming through the adjacent door. Two high steps down from the bedroom to the bathroom were very dangerous to use at any time and especially at night in darkness.
