the room was almost perfectly cleaned, there was no extraneous noise and I slept well after a long journey. the hotel is located right opposite fast food chains, which was also appropriate. friendly staff

    Gatesville is a small Western town. Not much going on. Ft.

    Gatesville is a small Western town. Not much going on. Ft. Hood is nearby and N. Ft. Hood is the place where Texas soldiers go for summer camp. Pleasant community and friendly people. We ate at Pizza Hut. Not a big selection of restaurants there that we found. Waco is about 40 miles East on US 84 if you want fun things to do and good places to eat.
