The cleanliness and breakfast was great. Didn't have any issues to have to deal with staff but they seemed very nice. We felt our money was spent wisely and we had a good time. That's what it's all about right?

I was having 2-week trip. Fairfield Inn Kalamazoo West was my 3rd hotels during the trip. It’s surprisingly homey, the front desk receptionists were hospitable, special compliment to Amy (Not sure if I spell correctly) who was extremely helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was tasty! Particularly, I love the soft bed! I had the BEST sleep during the trip. Definitely will visit again :-)
