First of all I accidentally booked two rooms on the same night and Booking.Com as they always do wasn’t going to get a bed for me. However, the staff here worked it out got one of the charges refunded and was first class, TREATMENT towards myself and my girlfriend. He deserves the upmost respect and the damn good raise.
