We stayed a week and I never even got to visit Green Mountain Falls. We spent the whole week in Manitou Springs and in the Pikes Peak area. We will be headed back again this spring to visit the area again. We were leaving and drove through GMF and we will definitely be coming back.

I had during my recent stay at Green Falls Mountains.

I had during my recent stay at Green Falls Mountains. The purpose of my visit was to attend the Green Box Exhibition, and I must say that the entire experience exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is absolutely breathtaking. The outlook from the hotel was mesmerizing, and I couldn't help but admire the beauty of the surrounding mountains. It truly is a paradise for nature lovers. Moreover, I was impressed by the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. I appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. In terms of accessibility, the hotel was easy to find, and the proximity to the little town was a definite plus. It allowed us to explore the amazing places the town had to offer, while still being able to retreat to the peaceful and quiet ambiance of the hotel. Overall, my experience at Green Falls Mountains, Outlook Lodge was nothing short of fantastic. I was captivated by the beauty of the location, the comfort of the hotel, and the convenience of the nearby attractions. I can confidently say that we will be returning in the future. Once again, thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. I will be sure to recommend Green Falls Mountains to friends and family who are looking for a serene and picturesque getaway.

Green Mountain Falls is a quaint mountain village with hiking trails leading up to a mountain stream and waterfall. The village center has a lovely pond nestled amid scenic mountains with Pikes Peak a 10 minute drive away.

Green Mountain Falls is one of the most charming little towns in Colorado. Beautiful views and very scenic hiking trails. The streams on the trails are very picturesque. A few atmospheric restaurants with delicious food. 😋 The locals are very friendly too. You will love your time here!

This small town nestled on the side of the mountain is quaint and beautiful. According to a local business owner the town triples in size in the summer due to many of the homes being summer and rental cabins. There are plenty of hiking trails. The Thomas trail is perfect for average hikers. It begins and ends with waterfalls. We ate dinner at Mucky Ducks. I'm sure on weekends and peak tourist times you'd need reservations. The name does not reflect the atmosphere. I expected a loud, down home country feel and a comfort food type menu (obviously didn't read menu online). But, it's a rather upscale-ish place. Quiet yet popular music in the background. Higher grade dishes...a bit pricier than expected but worth it. The chocolate cake a la mode was delicious. The Pantry just around the corner (everything within walking distance) serves breakfast and lunch. We ate there twice in one day due to a long hike. Both meals were delicious. My only complaint was that the coffee was too weak. :) The roads are not paved in most of the town. Red granite rock. No biggie but just be aware. Always choose an offroad type rental car if you're flying in to Col. Springs. The people were friendly and there are several gift shops for browsing. The first few days in Colorado are tough on the lungs due to the higher altitude. I suggest a day of acclimation before hiking the trails.
