Room was disgusting, I had to quickly pick up and leave bc my kids couldn’t stop coughing and complaining their eyes were burning due to the extremely dirty rug and too much chlorine in the pool. Air conditioner was disgusting 🤮. Toilet smelled so bad. Overall my kids ended being sick for 24 hrs after that. Then front desk didn’t care to refund or even have empathy for my children. The manager was supposed to reach out to me and that didn’t happen either. Lost out on my 110 dollars and they didn’t even want to check me in after they had already billed me without my authorization. Thanks to booking representative , hotel had to honor my stay since they had charged my card without authorization.Guest review bylopezUnited States - 2.0
Harlingen is fine but the Quality Inn was disgusting.
Harlingen is fine but the Quality Inn was disgusting. From entry to room bad odor stench of mold. I want a full refund. Management would not give refund and we did not stay at this facility. None working phone in room, lose outlets for device charging which is dangerous. We did not stay in room also due to a dead bug under the foot of the sheets. I was totally disgusted. Nancy was quick to give me a list of her favorite restaurants. I'll give Valeria the benefit of the doubt that maybe she had a bad day or personal issues. Thank you, Nancy. The stairs up to our room were breaking and hazardous. The people staying there had my entire family nervous and uncomfortable.
