We were here to visit friends in Kingston, TN and the location was perfect. We were planning to stay in Knoxville but the rates have gotten quite high and we weren't going to be at the hotel alot. The rate waa very affordable and the facility was very nice, clean, and friendly. Harriman is a lovely town that is undergoing a revitalization and renovation. Many new shops and restaurants are open or are in the process of opening. The room needed updating.
The room needed updating. Bathtub was backing up when showering. Spiders in room. Offer new room next night. No Tv remote could not find one. Was told to leave if was not satisfied.. And nobody was there at Travelodge and we were directed to checkin at baymont. The lady over there was very kind she adjusted us in her hotel and everything was really good there.
