Brand new hotel only opened six days when we stayed, rooms were spotless and you could still smell the fresh paint. Some staff were still in training, however all staff were kind and courteous whenever i interacted with them. Farmingdale is a lovely town.

    Was not impressed with the staff, breakfast was featured as...

    Was not impressed with the staff, breakfast was featured as a free benefit, yet there was none. Hairdryer was broken and no alternative was offered. Blackout curtains were 4 inches too short, so sunlight streamed to the room at daybreak. This was especially annoying, since my flight was six hours delayed and I was looking forward to a restful sleep. I had alerted the hotel staff to my late arrival, and checked in again, when I arrived at the airport, with phone call alerting them to further delays.

    We didn't need a 5-star hotel; we needed a clean room and a bed, because we were visiting with family nearby for the weekend. Our room was clean (no bad smell), convenien (10 minutes to family), and the bed was comfortable. The people I had interchange with at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It was perfectly as we expected in the price range of the room. Would stay there again!
