The staff was super nice. They would help me with anything I needed. The place was very clean. They had food to buy for breakfast and dinner. The Smokey Bone's restaurant across the way was very good. I would stay there again.

The breakfast is good with variety of options (relative to other IHG hotels), including halal food. Within walking distance from USCIS Application Support Center (ASC). The staff was lovely but the accommodations were weak at...

The staff was lovely but the accommodations were weak at best! The bed was way too small. I booked a king size bed....I thought! The room was small, dark and noisy and had a weird chemical smell as if to hide a foul odor. And....no itemized bill upon check-out! Cost over $300.00 for a room that wasn't worth it. Worst breakfast than any Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. Good coffee but no stirrers and only little Coffee Mate containers instead of milk or half and half.

Well there’s 24 hours coffee available but only powdered creamer unless it is breakfast time so I did tell them they should keep out the creamer for people who want to have coffee other than at breakfast time so I went and I bought my own container of 1/2 n 1/2 to have, but this morning they did have it out before breakfast so maybe they are really listening to suggestions hopefully . I’m not a complainer just a Hugh coffee drinker!! The hotel was clean enough the beds were not comfortable or the pillows and the TV has a bunch of light circles showing through on the screen they said they are replacing the TVs but not a good look.. A little disappointed🙁

Islandia is a nice town.

Islandia is a nice town. There is a Walmart and a Chinese Buffet Restaurant. It was a little out of the way to my brother's house but not an inconvenience. The only thing I didn't like was where the hotel was located. It was hard toget to.

The staff and security were very friendly at the hotel and casino,and very helpful in answering all our questions and assisting us with all our needs, but I do think they need some sort of arrows and a derictory to get around the place better! And also some sort of breakfast option like a buffet breakfast the only thing they had was a snake bar with cofee and muffins that wasent included in your stay! You had to pay for it! And also there was no cofee anywhere on the site like maybe some complimentary cofee or tea in the lobby would be nice or even water fountains would be nice touch also there was no coffee pots in the room or coffee and no microwave! So we could heat up the food we bought with us!

The hotel room was clean with comfortable beds, the staff was really helpful and friendly and the fact that we were able to stay there with our dog was amazing, also the breakfast was very good, we had a great time .

This property is the perfect location on Long Island, the room was amazingly big and spacious. The beds were very very comfortable and we had a perfect night sleep. The hotel facilities casino etc was great
