The beach area is much larger than I thought it would be. A real holiday feel and I love the bikes and skateboards and golf cars having right of way on the beach road. I forgot to mention that the house is about a 15 min walk to the beach. We drove most days and found it pretty easy to park for free. There are several "beaches" within a 3 min drive of each other. Jacksonville Beach had a slightly rougher surf and rugged seafloor, whereas Atlantic Beach had a smooth seafloor and calmer surf but was more crowded due to public parking. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the house. It had just about everything I needed for a relaxing 5 day vacation with my hubby and 12,15 yo. The beds were comfy, place was clean, a/c is amazing, washer n dryer, grill, neighbors were friendly...nice play to stay while not being on top of each other. The kids and I walked to Gator Icecream every night, which is just 3 blocks from the beach! There are several restaurants within walking distance as well. Thanks again Mr. Theo.
