I didn't like that I couldn't check in after the trauma we suffered during the storm that killed so many people. I didn't like that the front desk told me that our tragedy was not her problem. I would never treat anyone like that if they were in a storm and the roof came off of their home. We needed to eat, shower, cool off, and rest after the days of no power, having our roof ripped off, and losing our pets. They treated us extremely poorly.Guest review byWendyUnited States - 8.0

It is a great place to stay but the breakfast should have bacon and sausage. Room clean and roomy. Staff, for the most part, is very friendly. If you don't mind having breakfast without meat, it is the perfect place to stay!!!Guest review byMaryUnited States - 8.0
I was in Jasper for a family funeral.
I was in Jasper for a family funeral. Right now there are no breakfast options except fast food. There was a cafe, but it is currently not open. Being a deep East Texas community, the people are very friendly and down to earth. Lunch and dinner options are much more varied, including Cedar Tree, which has an extensive seafood buffet on the weekend.Guest review byDeloresUnited States

Parking lot is very open so driving is easy. The check-in clerk was friendly. I had no problems worth complaining about. The AC unit is not under the front window where they all drop water across the walkway. Ample parking just across the highway from a favorite childhood donut shop. The receptionist was so helpful and cheerful. The lobby area was nice.
