i love how helpful the manager was in extending our stay at the hotel. We had to keep extending for my daughter’s appointments and Tati (the manager) was so awesome and understanding.

A beautiful property including our room, with excellent service! We were well taken care of on our honeymoon. Also, we forgot a very sentimental and valuable item and when we got in touch the Ritz Management quickly searched the room and got back to us on how to get the item to us as quickly and safely as possible! Great amenities! Each room had a rice cooker, kettle, microwave, full fridge, coffee maker. The most impressive was the washlet ! We had the 1 bedroom suite with 2 doubles and a sofa bed and found it was spacious enough for 6 people. Rooftop and owners' lounge were great! It was perfect for a big family as we got space to hang out. All the staff were exceptional ! Especially Richard!

Couldn’t say enough good about this hotel! Not only isn’t location perfect, close to major shopping, the beach, all within walking distance but also the staff is so helpful and accommodating; everyone from the people working the checkin counter to the hotel cleaning staff and the valet parking attendants, everyone is so friendly making this the perfect experience
