This property deserves better than the 8.x rating it currently has. Wonderfully located in a tropical garden, with plants, animals and fruit trees, it is truly relaxing. You will hear nothing else than animal sounds during the night (of course, mainly the ubiquitous coqui frogs who are everywhere on the island). The service is great - Silvia makes sure the guests have everything they need.

Awesome location (right next to small beach with nice boogie boarding and fine sand) sunset views, beautifully equipped and fully stocked kitchen. No personal contact with host but very responsive and helpful when needed.

Fantastic location, could not fault it. Right across from Magic Sands Beach and the Kona shuttle which is a 10 min free trip into Kona. Beds were super comfy and 2 bathrooms and washing facilities made were great. Kitchen was stocked with amenities well and plenty of beach equipment for a day at the beach. Came with a car park that was super handy. Right on Alli’i Dr but couldn’t hear any noise from the road. Also had a massage chair! Sunsets are perfect as well.

Farsheed helped me in real-time by phone to navigate to his location as I had arrived after dark. It was a tremendous help and a relief that he literally walked me through the driving directions to his address, staying on the phone with me until I arrived, exhausted. We had everything we needed to make us comfortable (including many small items that some house rentals make you buy/bring yourself). The views were spectacular and the design of the house is just beautiful. No matter what we were doing we rushed back each night to experience sunset from this gorgeous patio. We absolutely loved it.
