Attractive accommodations, fantastic breakfast & choices,...

Attractive accommodations, fantastic breakfast & choices, helpful staff. Assistance needed for luggage if room upstairs. No elevator or bellboy! Yikes! Especially for elderly & feeble. Would recommend because of the comfort, accommodations, staff & food. Crater Lake is a must see. No comparable lake color. Amazing site. Fascinating, evolving display of geography & earthly changes. Loved the boat ride on the lake! 💕👍👍👍

La Pine is a good junction city down the SR-97.

La Pine is a good junction city down the SR-97. I wouldn't normally seek out the town, but it was a great central location for some snow sports I had planned for the weekend I was staying, and it was a lot more affordable (value wise) than where I stayed around Crescent the day prior. It's a smaller city, so things shut down early. Something to keep in mind. Although you couldn't directly see the stratovolcanoes, you could see Bachelor, the Sisters, and Broken Top with a short drive down the SR-97 or to one of the surrounding areas, and there were some other cool outdoor areas (Paulina Lake, Newberry National Volcanic Monument) that deserve some consideration if you are into the outdoors, as well as some local state parks.

A 50$ charge was ran on my Credit Card without my approval .

A 50$ charge was ran on my Credit Card without my approval . When I questioned transaction I was told it was a deposit for any damages in the room. Charge would come off my account at 11:00 am next day. Two weeks later and after numerous calls, I was accused of smoking in the room and taking room key. When that finally got resolved (never smoked a day in my life & left key in room because we started out at 4:30 am so as to not wake front desk) I am now being accused of stealing 4 towels... Would NOT recommend this hotel.. We should have keep driving...It was convenient for travel and clean. But customer service is greatly lacking. Thank goodness I booked through Booking.com... Filed a grievance, their customer service is outstanding.....

Overall a fine place to stay. The suite was good. Main issue was price of room which likely comes from demand with little options overall for similar properties. Hotel seemed nice and clean and breakfast was normal fare. Property has subway and McDonalds very close.

Nice room, great parking, comfy bed, good size frig + microwave ( some hotels now don't have either), quiet, great indoor pool and hot tub ( clean, pretty pool area, just what I needed after hiking), great hot breakfast. Nice front desk staff, thanks.
