    Condo was nice and clean plenty of space for our family view was nice yard was clean. would have loved to have stayed the whole weekend. I was told pool is operational before I booked it. Our entire trip was planned around that pool. When we realized the pool was not operational I asked could I get a refund or a credit to come back when the pool is working. VACASA told me they would let me know. of course the answer was I should have checked. I did check they would not look at the messages I sent to the property owner. I understand business and this is not good business this is computer generated excuses. obvious they did not research like I did

    Lots of things to do in the area, so plan several days or...

    Lots of things to do in the area, so plan several days or revisit often. The lake is beautiful, and if you have a boat...bring it so you can get out there. We enjoyed the Alligator Farm and Petting Zoo, the Mid-America Science Museum (spend a whole day if you have it), Magic Springs, and one of the laser tag places. (obviously this trip was planned around small children, but adults would enjoy the alligator farm and the museum.) We drove through some of Hot Springs, and there are numerous shops and eateries to explore that we will try when we don't have young kids along. There were a number of historical attractions that would be interesting to see. We had no trouble getting around and there are many different kinds of indoor and outdoor attractions within a 30-mile radius. We didn't venture out to do hiking, fishing, boating as that was not suitable for the age of our group...but definitely it is all there if you have kids of appropriate age for those activities.

    The view was great.

    The view was great. The room was good with microwave, fridge, and especially the coffee and coffee maker. Downtown was excellent, the tower, and of course Oaklawn where we actually won a nice sum of cash.

    The location was very beautiful, Right off the lake. The morning and evening views were gorgeous. It was very quiet and serene, with convenient parking. It was less than 3 minutes from the nearest Walmart, and less than 6 minutes from the downtown town shops, boutiques, and other entertainment. We loved it, would definitely book again.

    The cabin was cute, very clean, and very comfortable. The location is convenient to groceries and restaurants, as well as the local Hot Springs attractions. The owners are lovely people who are very helpful when they can be.

    Very spacy, condo kitchen well equiped. 2 bathrooms are a plus. Free parking. All needed shops are close. Comfortable beds. Pool looks good (weather was rainy)
